San Diego became the home of Allyson Simon and her first Flagship Store. What began when a loved one found her portfolio of designs from fashion school and drawings which she had since she was a child, turned into an international success story. Allyson has been drawing since the age of eight. An art major and fashion design graduate, moving to Europe after school, Allyson wanted to be an artist so many of the drawings she does are a bit abstract. Each new bridal gown design starts with an illustration no bigger than three inches. Known for unique cameo illustrations, each bride can now order a cameo illustration of her gown.
Allyson's vision of the perfect gown starts with less is more - under the gown. Pretty petticoats are separate and designed to go with each skirt of the gown. All petticoats have pretty detail to hem lace and Austrian crystals. By using texture and contrast, she creates a most feminine look brides strive for.

Allyson prides herself in designing each gown to model the upper body, and skirts brought to attention to the easy folds to fabric that hang naturally to a gown. "I wanted to return to enduring values in each gown and bring the ultra feminine look back." She prides herself in using the softest silks and creating the candlelight tones used with different color linings.
Having an eye for using the creamiest tones in silks today, the hand make work of each belt and bow is to pay special attention to detail of the style and pleats. The beautiful hand techniques have brought much attention to the detail of the gown and have been recognized by everyone as simply beautiful. This technique is an art and happens during the process of Allyson's illustration of a new design.
The designer sketches the perfect gown which is unique to each and every design by using absolute no one gown that is to look the same we see so often. Soft, feminine, elegant, and spiritual, a gown of its own personality related only through dreams.
A gown is a movement of the fabric and the flow should be in the body.
