Is it just a personal decision, or are there any recommendations or rules in general? I miss him very much, but it is a constant reminder that he is gone, and I am not married anymore.

For which activities should you take off your wedding ring? Or are there no instances in which you should take off your ring? Or are you always supposed to take of your ring when doing physical activity? I do not take off my ring at the gym, but i’m starting to wonder if most other people do. What about sports? I play basketball, volleyball, and softball a lot. Do other people take of their rings when playing those sports?
